The estimated delivery time is calculated based on the time you placed your order, (before or after order cutoff time), the handling time and transit time (based on when your order has been fulfilled and when it is handed to the courier for delivery).

Handling Time:

It takes an average of 5-12 business days in which an item is put into production and fulfilled by the manufacturer. 

Transit Time:

It takes an average of 5-14 business days for a shipment to reach the customer's home after the order has been handed to the courier for delivery.

In total, you can expect to receive your package in 14-24 business days depending on your location.

 Average Fulfillment Time:

Fulfillment refers to the period between the time you place the order, when the items are put into production, and when the order is fulfilled by our manufacturing team. *If you wish to cancel your order, you must do so within 24-48 hours.

Footwear:

6 - 12 business days

5 - 9 business days
