We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We make most of our clothing from recycled materials, 100% cotton, or cotton blends.
All shoes are created using pristine Italian leather or suede, and in some cases organic canvas. We also use special materials, prints, limited edition textiles, cruelty free vegan leathers for seasonal collections.

Printed apparel (direct-to-garment)
Direct-to-garment printing (DTG) allows us to provide a wide variety of sizes and colors for printed garments. Our inks are high-quality and won't fade if handled properly.
The original manufacturer's care instructions do not take DTG printing into consideration. Follow the care instructions on this page to learn how to properly care for your printed garments.
Printed apparel can be machine-washed cold, inside-out on a gentle cycle with a mild detergent and like colors. Use non-chlorine bleach only when necessary. You shouldn't use any fabric softeners or dry-clean the items.
DTG-printed apparel can be tumble-dried on a low cycle, but hang-dry works best. When it comes to ironing, iron on a low setting inside-out. Don't iron the print.
Follow these instructions carefully to avoid fading and cracking of the print, and shrinking the garment that can occur if you wash or dry it on a high setting.
Embroidered apparel can be machine-washed cold, inside-out on a gentle cycle with a mild detergent and like colors. You can use a small amount of chlorine bleach, but non-chlorine is the safer option.
If you notice any color residue in water, rinse the garment in lukewarm water and then in cold several times, but try not to rub any stained embroidery. Embroidered clothing can also be dry-cleaned.
After washing, don't leave the clothing to soak or lie in a pile while wet. Don't wring out the embroidered items, but if you want to tumble-dry them, use a cool air setting.
If the garment needs ironing, do it inside-out, preferably between two pieces of cloth. You shouldn't wet embroidery before ironing or use a steam iron.
Embroidered hats and backpacks
Embroidered hats and backpacks can be wiped clean with a damp cloth in the spots where it’s needed. If necessary, hats can be hand-washed cold. Don’t use brushes.
These products can’t be machine-washed, bleached, tumble-dried, ironed, or dry-cleaned. Read the manufacturer label carefully for any other instructions.
All-over printed apparel
Apparel that is all-over printed can be washed in a washing machine at cold temperatures with like colors, without bleach. The apparel should not be dry-cleaned or tumble-dried. However, you can iron it with a low heat setting.Advice: Here are some tips to keep your clothes from pilling. Ideally, you should wash your clothing in cold water on the delicate cycle or hand wash it, then tumble dry on low or let it air dry.

When will I get my order?

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following: Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address. Ask your local post office if they have your package. Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them. If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us here with your order number. If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.
I placed an order for multiple items, but I didn't receive all the products I had ordered.
Please note, that when you place a multi-item order from different categories your items may arrive separately depending on where your products are being manufactured. We recommend that you check your email for updates, as we do our best to send email notifications every step of the way, from payment processing to fulfillment and shipping. How are your products made?
We work with a print-on-demand apparel supplier and footwear manufacture based in Italy. They have locations worldwide, so depending on where you are, your orders are made and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently!
I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?
We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please Contact Us within a weeks' time with photos of the
damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!
What payment methods do you accept?
Purchases can be made using PayPal secure checkout with your PayPal account or the following cards: Visa, MasterCard, Debit, and American Express.
What’s your return policy?
We do not offer returns and exchanges for buyers remorse or on gifts that were purchased from our store. However, if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us here. You can return most footwear within 30 days (except certain styles; check the product page to see if the pair you're buying qualifies for a return). In order to qualify for a refund, shoes must be returned within 30 days of receiving the package in pristine, unworn condition, in its original packaging.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us here with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you.
Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?
At this time, we do not offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section.Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabeled. If that’s the case, please let us know by contacting us here within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund!
What if I don't like my shoes or the size is incorrect?
We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee and free-returns policy on most footwear (except certain styles). That means you will receive a full refund if not completely satisfied with your order. Shoes must be sent back to us within 30 days after receiving the package in pristine, unworn condition to qualify for a refund. Contact Us to request a refund and confirm the shipping address. A delivery company will then collect your package with no hassle or cost to you. *Be sure to check the return policy on the product page to see if the item you're purchasing qualifies for a return.
